Home page | Programme & events Civic Reception and Conference Dinner This will be held in the historical St Georges Hall in the heart of the City of Liverpool on 16th September 2004. The evening will commence with a Civic Reception in the Hall. This will be followed by the meal, accompanied by a string quartet from the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, followed by presentation of the Competition prizes, and with a disco to follow.
