Sixth Meeting of the UK Sea Ice Group

Information regarding your accommodation and the location of the venue can be found on the Challenger Society Conference website.

Poster Presentations

The poster session will be held during an extended morning coffee break at 10:30. The poster boards are 2100mm high x 1000mm wide and it is recommended that posters are prepared in PORTRAIT layout, and be a maximum size of A0 (1189 mm high x 841 mm wide). We will provide the necessary items to hang the posters on the poster board at the meeting.

Oral presentations

We are allowing 20 minutes for each presentation so you should plan on a 15 minute talk, followed by 5 minutes for questions. We are assuming that all presentations will be prepared using PowerPoint and that all you require is to have your presentation uploaded onto a computer and projected using standard data projection. If you have any additional requirements please let us know.
