POLTIPS·3 - Tidal prediction software

POLTIPS·3 will run on Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista. Existing users will be glad to know that the easy to use and intuitive interface still remains, but behind the friendly face beats the heart of a sophisticated tidal computation engine.

Within minutes of installing the software you can be producing tide tables for hundreds of locations around the UK (on the standard version), or looking at the ebb and flow of the tide in simple to understand graphics.

The program is available in three versions, so there is one to suit everyone. The standard version has around 700 ports and can be bought for a three or five year licence. To order, download the order form below.

For publishers or users needing the most accurate predictions available, there is a customised version with the latest full harmonic data sets and enhanced features such as custom tide layouts. To download the latest BSTDATES.DAT file, right-click the link above and select "Save Target As...", then save the file into the POLTIPS installation directory (which if you accepted the default at installation, will be C:\Program Files\POLTIPS-3\ ).
